How can I make a purchase?
Easy, just add your favorite items to your cart and follow the steps. You can place your order as a guest, but we strongly recommend creating an account where you can come back anytime and be able to track your order, check your wish list and more.
How can I pay?

How can I change or cancel an order?
We process all our order the same or the next day, so in case of making any change or cancelling, please send us an email as soon as possible to email@example.com
Where I am able to find my orders?
Log in into your Gurlove account, then check your dashboard, there will show all your purchase history. Remember if you place an order as a guest, you will not be able to track or find any previous order. If you have an account, you'll be able to track your order, add to your wishlist, save your address for future purchase, etc.
What is the best way to choose my size?
Because we sell items from different brands, we know that the measurements are different between brand even with the same size. So the most effective way to check if it is the right size for you is to use the measurements in every product description. Even though this measurements are approximately, we do our best to make it as exact as possible.
How long does it takes for my order to arrive?
We process all the orders the same or next day, using USPS First Class service (for orders up to 16lbs) and it takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive. We use Flat Rate Envelope or Boxes (for order over 16lbs) and it takes 1 to 3 days to arrive.
Do you give a tracking number?
Yes. Once we ship it, allow us a day to update the tracking information on your order.
How much shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. For orders under $49.99 the shipping cost will be flat $6.99
Do all your items ship within USA?
Yes, we are located in the Sunshine State.

Do you take returns?
Yes, we do. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept any worn, washed or altered items.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Will I get a full refund for my return?
We will offer a full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes will not be refunded as monetary value. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
What if I received a defected item?
If you received a defective item, please let us know as soon as possible through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember you have up to 30 days after delivery to return. After that we will charge a 50% restocking fee.
